RFK Jr's best bet for ballot access is running as a Libertarian. They already have it for something like 46 states, and it would be difficult, if not impossible, for either him to match that either with the People's Party or as an independent.

I'm an old Bolshevik, not a Libertarian, though I agree with that party's stance on civil liberties and foreign policy. Just keeping it real here as far as Kennedy's electoral chances go.

That's incorrect. The independent state filing deadlines begin in January 2024. We've consulted ballot access experts and state statutes. Independent presidential campaigns have often begun on the year of the election, including Ross Perot in 1992 and Ralph Nader in 2008.

thanks, I adjusted the post to say this and included ballot access information. from ballotpedia. It is not easy, or was not easy, information for me to find which is why I inquired from Claude, that information was apparently wrong. With so much disinformation everywhere these days, just saying wrong, does not convince anyone.

I suggest you post this when you comment it to keep dummies like me from being confused. https://ballotpedia.org/Ballot_access_for_presidential_candidates?fbclid=IwAR0Lqu0vlX-HpTy-cBftRSO2se6CN63K37BoLIOFRf2sB8Jp2Bzazmsb52Y

Kennedy is the perfect candidate for People's Party. Hope you've reached out

But what are the odds of third party candidate becoming President? He has no chance in the DNC party. They'll screw him no matter what
